  • Credit card numbers are not stored by the Merchant and are not available to unauthorised persons.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • Insoles can be shipped within Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • Shipping fees for insoles may apply depending on the delivery location.
  • Personal delivery within designated areas is free of charge.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details; PES AGILES d.o.o. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information.

5. Returns and refunds
